Shipping & Delivery

All in stock items typically ship within two business days of receiving the order. Garrett Leather's preferred shipper is UPS. Customers may provide alternative shipping instructions.

Privacy & Security

Garrett Leather is committed to respecting your privacy. We collect only the information needed to process your order and to provide a personalized shopping experience. We ask for your telephone number and email address during the order process to alert you of any problems that may arise during your order processing or shipping. We will not sell or reveal to any third party your email address or other personal information, except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, police investigations, or legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

Returns & Replacements

All returns must be made within 120 days of invoice date. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact client services to request a return authorization number. Returns are subject to restocking fees after 60 days of invoice date. Cut or marked hides are not returnable.


Orders are accepted via online, telephone, or fax. You will receive confirmation once your order is in process. Email notifications are sent upon order shipment.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices quoted are net.

Online credit card transactions are charged upon placement of order. Offline credit card transactions and C.O.D. orders are charged after the order ships. For proforma and wire transfer payments, orders ship after funds are received. Open term orders are invoiced after goods ship.

Due to variable hide sizes, orders are filled and billed within 5% unless otherwise notified.

Viewing Orders

Members may view all orders by visiting and clicking on My Account in the upper right hand corner of the screen. The menu to the left of the screen will show an option for My Orders.

Updating Account Information

It is important to keep your member information current to prevent delays and errors when placing orders. Account information may be updated by logging into and selecting Account Information on the menu to the left of the screen
