Ed Berowski recently joined Garrett Leather as the new Assistant Sales Manager. He is working closely with Max Brown, Sales Manager, on providing additional support to all of Garrett Leather’s independent sales representatives and residential showrooms. 

Ed will be traveling around the world to meet and work with sales representatives. His impressive track record and extensive experience in sales management will help Garrett Leather continue to achieve and exceed sales projections in the coming years. Garrett Leather is pleased to have him as part of the team.

Garrett Leather’s New York showroom and luxurious leather products were featured on the “Ultimate Homes” segment of the television show A Taste of New York on March 6, 13, 20 and 27. A Taste of New York on airs on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm EST on Comcast-Time Warner Cable. Our very own Lisa Hernandez and Sherie Chin both gave outstanding performances. A Taste of New York has been on the air for over 8 years and has approximately 3.8 million viewers per week.

Accoustical tests were performed and the results show that Garrett Leather’s padded wall panels provide superior noise reduction and sound absorption compared to other surface materials such as brick, glass, plywood, wood, plaster, and carpet.

Garrett Leather is also pleased to announce that all Caressa and Chatham colors are ASTM E84 Class A rated for wall panels. Designers now have 135 different leather color options for Class A wall panel installations. Berkshire, Glazed, DiModa Gatora and DiModa Cobra are Class B rated. Please remember to specify fire rating requirements when placing an order to ensure the proper materials are used.

Installation is even easier. Testing for our simplest installation method has been completed and Garrett Leather Wall Panels may now be direct glued to drywall and plywood substrates. Titebond GREENChoice Professional Drywall Adhesive is recommended. Updated installation instructions are available, so contact us today.
